SOUND HEALING
Pure Bliss
A beautiful vibrational upgrade - rebalancing, calming & healing on a deep level to allow evolution of mind body spirit. Sound heals on all levels releasing and rewiring your subconscious mind allowing you to let go of old patterns and make new ones from a higher vibration. This supports you to connect to your authentic self and purpose.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
Go With The Flow
Get ready to come home to more of your true self on your mat and reconnect your body mind spirit. This class has a little bit of everything and is perfect for beginners. Enjoy meditation, slow flow and restoration, and walk out feeling more grounded and balanced.
STRONG YOGA
Mind Over Matter
This class is a dynamic strong flow to get you outside your comfort zone to expand mind body spirit. It builds metabolic heat in your body, develops strength and stimulates your cardiovascular system, as well as helping you to gain focus and clarity.
RADIANT BODY YOGA
Breathwork
Radiant Body Yoga 6-week course/class is an introduction and practice of Kriya - a specific sequence of postures, breath, mantra, mudras, meditation and relaxation.  It's an impactful, heartfelt and  practical class that explores the radiant body, helps release stagnation and steady the mind.  A recalibration of sorts. In yoga your radiant body is seen as your divine beauty and goes well beyond the physical. It is your inner light that's felt by yourself and others. When balanced you feel calm, confidant and magnetic. Appropriate for any level, beginners to advanced.
YOGA FORÂ RESILIENCE
Nervous System Sovereignty
This 6-week course offers a safe place to come home to your body and explore Embodied Yoga using mindfulness, breath, sound, and movement to self-regulate your nervous system. Rather than trying to master your body or put it into different shapes or states, the invitation is to learn to listen to your body and notice how you can enjoy greater freedom, energy flow, vitality, and emotional wellbeing by tracking your body intelligence and stress response. Based on the principles of Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing, each class builds on the previous week to support you to cultivate greater resilience to flow with life's challenges, at a pace that feels right for you.
PRENATAL YOGA
Yoga for Pregnant Women
This class is a beautiful way to form a deeper connection to your baby, your body, and the magic that's happening inside of you. It has wide range gentle practices to keep you strong for the birth of your baby, and beautiful meditations and visualisations to keep you calm and grounded throughout pregnancy, birth & beyond.
MUMS & BUBS
Postnatal Yoga
A class to find yourself as a mother and get to know the new you. Feel supported to form a practice in the chaos of motherhood and find a way to weave yoga into your daily tasks. This shows your baby that it's important for mum to have time to fill her love cup up too.
RESTORE
Pelvic Floor Masterclass
Your pelvic floor represents your foundation - holding everything in place. This isn’t just about having a physical sense of inner stability and strength, but also knowing who you are, feeling safe & supported by life, and the ability to set healthy boundaries. Reconnect positively with your body and pelvic floor with this introductory class that shares simple breathing and movement practices to heal and tone your pelvic floor, whilst promoting relaxation and connection to self.
DANCE EMBODIMENT
Free Flow
This class is an opportunity to get outside your comfort zone and expand your limits through reconnecting to your body. Tap into your aliveness and set your spirit free through flowing breath work, freeform movement, great music, and time for integration.
YIN YOGA
Deep Relaxation
Come unravel any tension you may have. Yin Yoga is an opportunity for you to explore different shapes (postures) held for anywhere between 2-7 minutes. This allows time for your fascia (connective tissue) to unravel and slowly release. Props are provided to support the longer holds as you slowly unwind. This can be particularly beneficial on a physical level for athletes as part of their recovery. On an energetic level, Yin Yoga works on the 5-Element Theory in Chinese Medicine supporting the release of toxins, dullness, tension, and blocked emotions. This time in Yin Yoga is a gift for your entire body-heart-mind relationship.
Ease the chatter of your mind & surrender into quiet spaciousness. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
BOXING CLASS
Learn Technique & Get Fit
Come and start your day with some punching and lung burning conditioning, all done and dusted by 7am! A boxing class for those who want to explore some technique coupled with boxing specific conditioning used in actual fighter preparations.
WOMEN FITNESS
Strong Mumma
A fun environment for you to get strong with your kids and connect to like-minded Mummas. Something that you and your kids will look forward to each week.

An opportunity to come together as a community, share food, and release what no longer serves you to make space for new beginnings. This is a free event held every Full Moon, our way of giving back to our beloved YUJ family and to thank you for the ongoing love and support, remembering community as a place of love and care. We will gather around the fire pit under the light of the moon and share food, open conversation, and connection.

Hi, I'm Sammi. I've been on the journey of self discovery and healing since I first found yoga at the age of 18. With a background in Yoga, Sound Healing, Pre- and Postnatal Yoga and Theta Healing, I'm passionate about holding space for people to reconnect to their true nature, ignite exploration into the deeper parts of self, and to re-pattern and expand into a higher vibration. Sharing these heartfelt practices gives you the tools to help self soothe, feel a deeper connection to your authenticity and purpose, and see the magic in life.
NARDINE RALPH

Hi, I'm Nardine. I host annual bespoke tours to India and the international Yoga festival in Rishikesh and run my own small yoga studio in Strathfieldsaye.
I've drawn on and taught theses practices for almost two decades but first discovered yoga as a 19 years old, in which I learned pretty quickly how I could use Kriya movement and breath to calm my mind, feel energised, balanced, and connected the more I practiced. It was more like a "work in" than a "workout" to me and something I started to crave and still do. There's a great privilege and joy in sharing these practices because they have positively transformed me on every level, my hope that echos out to everyone of my students. My aim is for everyone to have a felt-experience from a practical and achievable place where they can feel steady, aligned and a sense on harmony not only with themselves but with others to navigate this sometimes bumpy road we know as Life.

With a background in Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture & Herbalism), Peta has enjoyed over 25 years immersed in a holistic model of healthcare based on energy medicine. She's passionate about helping heal the disconnect between Mind & Body that's so common in Western culture, which is ultimately a path of Heart Awakening. Although she's a fountain of wisdom acquired over a lifetime devoted to Eastern Wisdom, Women's Mysteries, Inner Alchemy, Mindset Mastery, Ecstatic Birth, and Tantric & Embodiment Yoga, the greatest gift she hopes to offer you are personal practices that deepen your connection to YOUR Truth - and the magic that lives in YOU. You have all you need inside, and the whole world benefits when you're connected to light of your own essence.
KATE ROBINSON

Kate has been teaching yoga for 9 years, during this time Kate has studied with Vitality Yoga, Jen Crensenzo (yin yoga) and Zenthai Thai Shiatsu training with Gqyn Williams and Sally Meredith. Kates clauses support you to connect to your own innate knowing, the natural rhythm of your breath, intuitive movement and the opportunity to release old patterns and beliefs that no longer support you.
